CMN Video: A Day at El Bulli Book Launch Party We attended a party hosted by publisher Phaidon at Thomas Keller's Per Se Restaurant to honor Chef Ferran Adria on the publication of "A Day at El Bulli", a 500 page exploration of the art of cuisine at his temple of gastronomy. The event drew a crowd of America's culinary elite, who sipped Cava and sampled Per Se's best hors d'oeuvres.
