Elizabeth Powell of Montreal Quebec’s Land of Talk , met bandmates Chris McCarron and Mark Wheaton in the Jazz program at Concordia University after some attempts as a solo artist and efforts in other bands. After releasing their first EP in April of 2006, they are back with their first full length album, Some Are Lakes.
